With 75 minutes to set up, block and shoot this inside Alexander D'Lerma's "The Cinema Gym", high production value is cast aside (my, what lovely overhead fluorescent lighting!) and our sole focus is on creating authentic performances under production pressure. Wow, did Nicole and Lauren deliver this month!

Thanks much to Alex D'Lerma for providing such a fantastic learning environment to grow our talents in. A shout out to Angelica Amor for jumping in to handle the sound mic/boom chores and to Luis Leano, who had to pull focus on the fly while getting used to my camera rig ? all of which enabled me to let go of shooting and concentrate on performance. Very much appreciated!

Alexander D'Lerma's Cinema Gym is an incredible environment where directors and actors meet once a week to grow creative muscles and keep talents in shape while auditioning, rehearsing and shooting a film/tv scene each month.
